The house is very good. I bought it 8-9 years ago. It hasn't collapsed at all. The water pipe system is very good. The structure is really great. Buy another project now. Lovely staff, very well looked after.

Construction materials are not good. Many things need to be improved. The walls become thin and crack within a few years. The window frame is poorly made. Not opening and closing completely Can't lock well The sanitary ware also has defects. The distance between buildings is narrow. Does not match what the salesperson described before purchasing. Come reserve Sena's condo. When booking, follow up and take good care of it. But after submitting the application, it was not passed. Tried contacting to get the reservation money back for 2 months and still haven't gotten it back. I called the sales person but they said they would follow up. At present it has not been returned.

If you have to buy a house/condo Please go to another brand. Various construction materials do not focus on quality. After-sales service, don't ask about it. What Sena didn't do was make him feel numb. The villagers must come and accept the karma themselves. Going back and forth, creating new projects.
